The KLK Residence is a single family residence designed on a single lot in the Odorkor province of Accra, Ghana, West Africa. The project is a redesign of an original design proposal which felt short of the client’s expectations. The design methodology strikes a natural balance between edifice and landscape. By enforcing land use and zoning guidelines, the right building footprint, height and setbacks are established to enable a balanced relationship between building, site and context.
