Located in the North Philly section of the city, this 3,000-sf. outpost for the Revenue Department needed major renovation to address long standing and neglected building defects. The operation at this site is significant because, historically, it has provided a myriad of municipal service functions to the residents of North Philadelphia. It is also voting center for various types of elections. The renovation scope involved new offices, modern furniture systems and finishes, upgrades to the mechanical systems, life and safety systems, roof replacement, as well as exterior window and signage improvements.
